*i have difficulty understanding or correctly portraying tone over text so please be understanding
*i have a full time job and being a gom is my hobby

► i try to avoid doing sorting on first come first serve basis as much as possible
► i try my best to give everyone their top 3 priorities but please be understanding if im unable to do so (i prioritize member sorting rather than version sorting)
► in certain circumstances (lucky draw with majority wanting the same pc) i will use a randomiser to determine who gets the pc as an alternation for first come first serve basis
*first come first serve basis are not only stressful but also favours people with more time, freedom and independence so i do not participate in it

► payments collected after a groupchat for the go is made

general
► if you miss a deadline there'll be a 1 GBP fee for each day and after 3 days you lose your items with no refund (if you need an extended deadline please just let me know!)
► inclusions only option include just photocards (you can ask for the rest if you want)
► unless stated otherwise im applying for fancalls/events for myself and if you're uncomfortable with that please dont join my gos
► there's always a chance for my batches to be charged with customs so keep it in mind (it is rare and i do my best not to but sometimes its out of my control)
► no back outs unless you can find a replacement
► for some pob gos i will not be able to cover for missing spots which means we will not be getting full member sets so a possibility of sorting
► before shipping i always send an address confirmation
► for custom forms: i follow everything that is required from royal mail if you know your country needs something more specific please let me know i do not hold responsibility for everything outside of royal mail guidelines
► sometimes packages get lost i do not hold responsibility for shipping services, however i will do what i can to help
► i ship in bulk so for some the wait is a bit longer than for others
► being a gom is a hobby that i enjoy and i always try to make it enjoyable for joiners too but please understand that there's only so much time and money that goms can put into this
